We accept approved payment methods available on the platform, including Mobile Money, bank cards, and any other supported payment options. Orders may only be processed after successful payment unless Cash on Delivery is offered.
6. Delivery

- Customers must provide accurate delivery information.
- Additional delivery charges may apply depending on the delivery location.
- Customers should inspect their order upon delivery and report any issues promptly.
7. Returns and Refunds
- Eligible products may be returned within the stated return period if they are unused and in their original condition.
- Refunds are processed after the returned item has been inspected and approved.
- Perishable goods, food, medicines, personal care products, and other non-returnable items cannot be returned unless they are defective or delivered incorrectly.
